Notes
Frankfurt equity firm Square Four Investments took over Sioux from the insolvent Egana Goldpfeil group in 2009. After a June 2020 Covid insolvency of Sioux GmbH, the business was sold in September 2020 to the newly founded Sioux Schuhe GmbH within Sioux Holding GmbH, with Lewin Berner named as shareholder and CEO; Berner was still CEO at the brand's 70th anniversary in late 2024.
