Notes

Bregal Freshstream owned Radley from 2016; losses widened to £5.5m (FY to Apr 2025), it was put up for sale in early 2026 and sold via FTI Consulting pre-pack to Gordon Brothers in May 2026 with all 21 UK stores set to close. Expect the Scottie-dog brand to continue through wholesale/licensing and heavy off-price.
